This privacy statement informs the visitors of this website (henceforth the „users“) about the methods, the extent, and the purpose of acquiring data by the provider of this website, Vathos GmbH, Bredelaerstr. 20, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany (henceforth the „provider“). Personal data entails information which may help identify the user, i.e., all data that can be traced back to a person including but not limited to name, email, telephone number, personal interests, or browsing behavior.

2.1 Access Data

We process the personal data applicants provide us with in the context of his/her application to the extent necessary for the decision on whether to establish an employment relationship with us. The applicants‘ personal data will be stored and used electronically for the sole purpose of processing the application.
Applicants have the right to update the personal data they provide at any time by notifying the recipient or to request its deletion. Applicants determine freely which information they make available to us.
Applicants agree that during the application process, employees of the personnel department and the respective department may have access to their personal data. Their data will be used exclusively by a limited group of users. It will not be passed on to third parties in any form, unless we are obliged to do so due to mandatory legal regulations (e.g. to state institutions).
The personal data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after completion of the application process, unless the applicant has approved the inclusion in our talent pool for later contact.
2.4 Google Fonts & Google Maps
This website contains material from Google Fonts and Google Maps. It is assumed that Google records the user’s IP address because othewise the respective content could not be displayed correctly in the user’s browser. However, by a legal agreement between Google and the website provider, Google will conduct all further processing of the IP data according to the GDPR.
2.5 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service which places cookie on the user’s device to monitor interactions of the website and its users. The information stored in the cookie are usually transmitted to and stored on a server located in the United States and owned by Google. The IP address collected through the Google Analytics program is not combined with other data maintained by Google.
